1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, or intimate items (such as underwear or swimwear), may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@dagja.com or through your account dashboard, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
  3. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Gift cards.
  • Product sold as-is.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Then, contact your bank or credit card provider, as there may be processing delays.
